Preheat oven to 200C.
Put all yellow curry ingredients into a large baking dish and whisk until combined.
Add the noodles into the centre of the dish and submerge in the coconut milk mixture.
Arrange the tofu, carrot and broccoli around the noodles.
Place in oven and baked for around 15-20 mins or until cooked.
Using tongs, combined noodles with all ingredients.
Top with chilli and chives.
