Dredge 1 chicken thigh into flour, then into the beaten eggs, then into crushed corn flakes. Make sure to press the corn flakes into the chicken firmly.
Preheat your air fryer to 385F. Once preheated, place your battered chicken thigh into the air fryer and give a light spray of oil, cook for 16 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165F is reached.
Once cooked, drench the chicken in Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce.
For Nashville hot ranch: Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
For cucumber salad: Add all ingredients into a sealable container and shake.
