Super Protein Brownies
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius (350 Fahrenheit)

  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl until smooth

  3. Blend all wet ingredients for only 10 seconds

  4. Combine wet ingredients into dry and fold into a thick brownie batter

  5. Pour into a lined baking tray

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes depending on how fudgy you want them

  7. Let cool completely so they set (best out of the fridge), then cut and serve
