Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius (350 Fahrenheit)
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl until smooth
Blend all wet ingredients for only 10 seconds
Combine wet ingredients into dry and fold into a thick brownie batter
Pour into a lined baking tray
Bake for 12-15 minutes depending on how fudgy you want them
Let cool completely so they set (best out of the fridge), then cut and serve
