In a mixing bowl, combine the beef mince, All Gold Tomato Sauce, finely grated onion, minced garlic, fresh breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard (if using), salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried mixed herbs or thyme. Mix everything together until well combined.
Preheat your oven according to the puff pastry package instructions.
Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into rectangles suitable for wrapping around the sausage filling.
Place a portion of the meat mixture along one edge of each pastry rectangle. Roll the pastry over the filling to enclose it, sealing the edges with a little beaten egg.
Place the wrapped sausage rolls seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with the remaining beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds if desired.
