In a container with a lid, add the lemon juice, vinegar, brine and salt then place the sliced tofu into it and cover. Allow it to marinate for a bit.
Place the tofu onto a board then sprinkle the nori flakes onto it then turn over and repeat.
Stack the sliced tofu then using two cocktail sticks bring them together.
Heat up some oil in a deep pan (don’t fill over halfway).
In one bowl add the batter mix and stir well, in another bowl make the dry mix.
Dip the stacked tofu into the wet mix then the dry mix and repeat one more time then dip into the oil and fry both sides until crispy.
Serve with some chips, peas and enjoy!
