Spicy Garlic-parm Bone Broth Buttered Noodles
  1. Warm the extra virgin olive oil in a skillet and cook the red pepper flakes and garlic on low heat until fragrant (about 5 minutes).

  2. Add the uncooked pasta and stir/cook for another 5 minutes so that the pasta soaks up a bit of the flavored olive oil.

  3. Add in the bone broth and cook until the liquid is about 85% absorbed.

  4. Stir in the lemon juice, butter, and parmesan cheese. Once it's all melted together, it's ready to be served with more parmesan and more red pepper flakes on top.
