Blend rolled oats into fine flour
Mix dry ingredients: oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
In the same bowl, combine wet ingredients: eggs, maple syrup, honey, melted butter, buttermilk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract
Toss blueberries with 1 tbsp oat flour
Fold blueberries into the batter
Pour batter into a Bundt cake pan
Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes
For icing: whip softened cream cheese with lemon juice, honey, and a dash of salt
Ice the cooled cake with cream cheese icing
