Heat the oven to 180°C regular bake and line a 20cm square tin with baking paper
Place the butter, brown sugar and honey in a large pot over a medium heat
Once the butter has melted, remove from the heat
Add the cornflakes, rolled oats, coconut and peanuts and stir to combine
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared tin and bake for 18-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown
As soon as the base comes out of the oven, break up the chocolate and place on top of the base
Sprinkle over the peanuts then return to the oven for 1-2 minutes until the chocolate has melted
Use the back of a spoon to smear and combine the chocolate and peanuts
Once the nuts are evenly distributed, set aside for 30 minutes to cool down
Sprinkle over a little sea salt then place in the fridge for a few hours to set
