Pork crispy rice lettuce wraps
  1. Heat a pan with neutral oil, add ground pork, salt it, and cook until most of the pink is gone

  2. Add diced king oyster mushroom, garlic, ginger, and chili oil, cook until well browned

  3. Add chopped garlic scapes and bell pepper

  4. Add all sauce ingredients and cook for another minute

  5. Wash lettuce and serve!
