In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in the chili powder, cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the diced tomatoes with their juices, chicken broth, black beans, kidney beans, and corn.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
