Wings, Fried Cabbage And Loaded Red Skin Mashed Potatoes
  1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Pat wings dry. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Bake or air fry 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.

  3. In saucepan, heat BBQ sauce, honey, and butter until glossy. Toss cooked wings and return to oven for 5 minutes.

  4. In skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon, sauté onion and peppers in drippings for 2–3 minutes. Add garlic, cabbage, and seasonings. Cover and cook 10–12 minutes until caramelized. Return bacon, stir 2 minutes more.

  5. Boil potatoes 15–20 minutes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, sour cream, and warm milk. Stir in half the cheese and bacon. Top with remaining cheese and bacon, broil 2–3 minutes. Garnish with green onions.

  6. Plate together and enjoy the trio of wings, fried cabbage, and loaded red skin mashed potatoes warm.
