Heat a pan to a medium high heat and wait until it's hot.
Add a little butter, then dollop about a tbsp of mixture into a little round blob. I can do about 6-7 at a time (remember you need space to flip them, so don't pack loads in)
After a minute or so check the bottoms and when golden brown, flip those babies over!
Cook the other sides then serve!
Loosen a little strawberry jam with warm water for a better dipping consistency, and serve with fruit.
