French Country Garlic Soup
  1. Roast garlic head for 30-40min at 400 degrees

  2. Boil chicken stock

  3. Remove garlic and mash

  4. Mix egg yolk with mustard and olive oil

  5. Combine all together

  6. Serve with roasted slices of baguette
