Cherry Cheesecake Danishes
  1. For the croissant dough, I recommend using the recipe from my website (link in bio). After doing 3 single folds, roll the dough to a thickness of 8mm and cut circles about 10cm in diameter.

  2. Cream all the cheesecake filling ingredients together, fill the molds, and freeze for 2 hours.

  3. Cook the cherry filling over medium-high heat until thickened.
