  1. Cut tomatoes, onions, peppers & celery into small chunks. Combine with salt, let stand overnight, & in the morning drain and rinse.

  2. Cook all ingredients in 6 qt. pressure cooker for 20 minutes.

  3. Pack in hot jars (Nana never did)
