Homemade Grape Soda
  1. To a quart jar, add 2 chopped apples and 1 quart of water.

  2. Use parchment paper or a weight to submerge the apples.

  3. Burp daily for 3-5 days until bubbles form.

  4. Once bubbling, strain the soda starter into a new jar or swing top bottle.

  5. Add 1 cup of soda starter and 2 cups of grape juice to the new jar.

  6. Let sit for 1-3 days or until ready, burping daily to release gases.

  7. Enjoy!
