  1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a small baking pan. set aside.

  2. Add the cottage cheese to a small blender and blend until silky and smooth. set aside.

  3. Add the bananas to a mixing bowl and mash.

  4. Add the rest of the wet ingredients to the bananas, including the cottage cheese. combine until uniform.

  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and fold until uniform. stir through the chocolate, then transfer batter to the prepared pan.

  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. let cool completely before icing and slicing into bars. store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
