Pumpkin Butter Mochi
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x13" baking pan.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk dry ingredients.

  3. Add wet ingredients and mix well.

  4. Bake for one hour or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean. Let rest for at least one hour before slicing.

  5. Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
