Mix everything in a bowl to make a thick dough.
Use your hands to squeeze the dough into a ball, it should be soft and smooth, not sticky. Add more flour if needed.
Flatten it out into a triangular shape using your hands.
Air fry on 180C for 12-15 mins or oven bake on 180C for 30 mins. If it’s still doughy in the middle, turn it over and cook for a further 3-5 mins.
