Chewy Chocolate Cookie
  1. Preheat the oven to 350*

  2. Cream the butter in a bowl, then add the sugar and cream till just combined

  3. Add the eggs and vanilla, mix till lighter color and smoother, fluffier texture

  4. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients then slowly mix with the wet ingredients. DO NOT OVER MIX!!! The dough will be the same texture as the insides of a cooked fudgy brownie!

  5. Scoop tablespoon ish sized balls onto a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes. I find that turning the pan halfway through results in a more even, beautiful bake!

  6. Once baked, allow them to slightly cool on the pan, transfer to a wire rack once they easily come off the pan.
