Hummus + Beef
  1. For the hummus, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If it's having a hard time, just add a few tablespoons of cold water at a time or some ice cubes. Set aside.

  2. For the salad, finely dice the onion and cucumber and mix with the parsley and dill and some lemon juice and salt.

  3. For the beef, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan before adding the beef. Once you've got some colour, add all the seasoning with a generous pinch of salt and some black pepper.

  4. Toast the flatbreads.

  5. To plate up, make a well in the hummus on the bottom, fill it with the beef, finish with the chopped salad, guindilla pepper and a lemon wedge.
