Combine the oats, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Mash the bananas in a separate bowl.
Add the almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, flaxseed and vanilla to the mashed bananas and mix well.
Pour the banana mixture into the oat mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until set.
