Cream butter and brown sugar together for 3-4 minutes until soft
Slowly add eggs to the mixture
Add vanilla extract and mix
Mix in baking soda
Add all-purpose flour and oatmeal
Press ¾ of the mixture into a baking pan
Bake for 15 minutes
Boil water and melt dark chocolate
Add condensed milk to melted chocolate to make ganache
Pour chocolate ganache on top of the baked crust
Scatter cashew nuts on top
Bake for an additional 10 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool
Slice and serve
