Mix the marinating ingredients together and brush all over the pork belly slices for at least 30 minutes.
For oven method: Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF, place the marinated pork on a roasting tray, cook for 30 minutes flipping halfway and brushing with remaining marinade.
For airfryer method: Cook the pork in preheated airfryer at 180°C/350ºF for 10 mins, then brush with remaining marinade and cook for another 5 minutes.
Allow the pork to rest before slicing and serving with steamed rice and cucumber.
