Loaded Cottage Cheese Nachos
  1. Blend cottage cheese and taco seasoning

  2. On a parchment lined pan, layer cottage cheese mixture, ground beef, beans, pico, jalapeño and cheese.

  3. Cook at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.

  4. Pour chips on a different pan that’s the same size and pour nachos mixture on top. Add Greek yogurt and cilantro on top.
