Mix the spices with the olive oil over medium heat until the mixture is homogeneous and the spices release their aroma (be careful not to burn them, if smoke rises, discard the mixture and start again as it will ruin the taste).
After mixing the dough in the plastic wrap, cover it with baking paper and aluminum foil and cook it directly!
But the adhesion of plastic to food with heat is considered dangerous due to the particles released by the plastic, so the best solution is to put it in the plastic, let it freeze, then remove the plastic (this way you have preserved its shape).
After removing it from the plastic, place it on baking paper (which is better than plastic), and make sure you have wrapped it well, then add a layer of plastic wrap and aluminum foil on top.
Seal the mixture tightly so that the dough does not melt!
