Prepare the Bruschetta: In a medium bowl, combine the diced Roma tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Mix well and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
Make the Cheese Mixture: In a separate bowl using a hand mixer on medium speed beat the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Add the cheese mixture to the bottom of a pie plate. Spreading it to cover the plate. Top with the bruschetta mixture.
Garnish with additional chopped basil, balsamic glaze and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
