Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line trays with baking paper.
In a large bowl add all the ingredients except for the olive oil.
Mix and then portion into small balls, lay on the baking tray and spray lightly with olive oil.
Cook for 20 minutes or until golden.
Eat warm, or simply let them cool down and pop into sealed containers and into the freezer for when you don’t feel like cooking dinner!
