Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Add everything except the liquids (tomatoes, onion, spinach, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper) and heat for 2-3 minutes
Pour in bone broth, heavy cream, and pasta sauce and stir to combine
Reduce heat to medium low, cover, and cook for 10 minutes, flipping pasta once halfway through, until pasta is tender and sauce thickens
Add cooked chicken and Parmesan, fold together until creamy and fully combined
Finish with extra Parmesan and cracked black pepper
