Easy Shrimp Ceviche Recipe
  1. Slice the shrimp into even pieces and place them in a bowl.

  2. Squeeze fresh limes and add the ½ cup of lime juice into the bowl mixing it in and making sure every piece of shrimp is covered and let it cook in the lime juice for 30-45 minutes.

  3. Dice the tomatoes, onion and jalapeños. Chop the cilantro and mint.

  4. Once the shrimp is done cooking add in the soy sauce, salt, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and give it a good mix. Then add in the diced veggies and chopped herbs.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
