Slice the shrimp into even pieces and place them in a bowl.
Squeeze fresh limes and add the ½ cup of lime juice into the bowl mixing it in and making sure every piece of shrimp is covered and let it cook in the lime juice for 30-45 minutes.
Dice the tomatoes, onion and jalapeños. Chop the cilantro and mint.
Once the shrimp is done cooking add in the soy sauce, salt, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and give it a good mix. Then add in the diced veggies and chopped herbs.
