Cut up all the peppers into pieces
Place peppers in the oven at 200 degrees for several hours until they are nice and crispy
Transfer the dehydrated peppers to a blender and mix into a fine powder
In a bowl, combine 1 cup of salt, ½ cup of garlic powder, and ½ cup of onion powder
Add ½ to 1 cup of the pepper powder depending on desired spiciness level
Mix all ingredients together until well combined
Store the fire salt mixture in Mason jars for year-round use
