Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease.
In a large bowl whisk the eggs and Greek yogurt until smooth.
Stir in almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and optional green onion or chives.
Fold in the cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
Scoop into biscuit-sized mounds on the baking sheet using a large cookie scoop or spoon.
Lightly push down the tops of biscuits to flatten a tiny bit.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden on top and set in the center.
Cool slightly and enjoy warm- refrigerate or freeze for later!
