Greek Salad
  1. Add chickpeas to an air fryer or sheet tray for the oven. Coat in olive oil and some salt. Air fry or roast at 400*F for 10-18 minutes until crispy and crunchy.

  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl, coat with the dressing and enjoy.
