Cheesy Pizza Tortellini
  1. Brown 1 lb of ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

  2. Add some pepperoni (I used about ⅓ cup of chopped pepperoni) and let that cook until pepperoni are starting to brown.

  3. Drain any grease from the pan.

  4. Add minced garlic, marinara sauce, and half a block of cream cheese. Stir everything well.

  5. Add the frozen tortellini, stir well, cover, with a lid and once starting to bubble, cook on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes or until tortellini are tender.

  6. Top with shredded Colby Jack cheese and more pepperoni.

  7. Broil in the oven or cover and let sit on the burner on low until the cheese is melted.

  8. Top with dried parsley and Parmesan cheese.
