Mix well until a thick, spreadable batter forms.
Spread mixture thinly on parchment-lined pan using a spatula.
Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and firm.
Remove from oven and cut into squares while warm.
Return to oven for 5 more minutes for extra crisp.
Cool completely before separating and storing.
