Baked Eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush the melted butter onto a 9x13 casserole dish and set aside.

  2. Add eggs to a large bowl and whisk. Whisk in mozzarella, cheese, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, flour, and salt, and pour into the baking dish.

  3. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
