Make your bagel dough and divide…. shape 6 bagels and cut the rest into bite sized pieces, or do all pretzels, your choice.
Boil bites in baking soda water for about 30 seconds
Place on parchment lined sheet and bake at 425°F for 10 - 12 minutes
While hot, toss in melted butter then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture
