Mix the chicken with the cottage cheese, feta, pesto, spring onion, garlic granules, basil and spinach; season with salt and pepper.
Pile into the centre of the wrap, fold the sides in, then fold the edge closest to you up and over the filling and tuck into a parcel.
Air fry or pan fry for 6–8 minutes at 200°C fan, turning once, until crisp, golden and oozy.
