  1. Cook the chicken, pesto, garlic, lemon and seasoning on high for 2 hours or low for 4-5 hours

  2. Add in the dry pasta and stock, cook on high for 40 mins then stir in Philadelphia light

  3. Top with more pesto, mozzarella and either melt in the slowcooker or pop with pot without the lid under the grill for 8 mins until cheese is crisp
