Prepare pork dumpling filling with 2 lbs ground pork, ¼ cup scallions, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 3 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 2 eggs, ½ tsp MSG, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp togarashi, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
Wrap the marinated eggs in the pork dumpling filling.
Smoke the wrapped eggs until juicy and tender.
