Egg White Chips
  1. Preheat the oven to 205°C / 400°F

  2. Separate the yolks and keep the egg whites

  3. Beat the egg whites to soft peaks

  4. Add the water and seasonings and mix again

  5. Spoon about 1 tsp of the frothy mix into each muffin tin

  6. Grate a small amount of cheese on top of each one

  7. Bake at 205°C for 10-12 minutes

  8. Let them cool so they turn crunchy and crispy

  9. Enjoy with your favorite dips
