Preheat the oven to 205°C / 400°F
Separate the yolks and keep the egg whites
Beat the egg whites to soft peaks
Add the water and seasonings and mix again
Spoon about 1 tsp of the frothy mix into each muffin tin
Grate a small amount of cheese on top of each one
Bake at 205°C for 10-12 minutes
Let them cool so they turn crunchy and crispy
