Add the flour to a large bowl, then the salt, followed by the yeast.
Pour in the water and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Cover and leave to rise for 2 hours somewhere warm.
After 2 hours, fold the dough over itself 3–4 times.
Cover and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
Place your cast-iron Dutch oven with the lid on into the oven and preheat at 220°C for 30 minutes.
Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven and place the dough inside.
Put the lid on and bake at 220°C for 30 minutes.
Remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes, or until beautifully golden and crusty.
Allow to cool before slicing.
