In a medium size bowl, whisk water, yeast, and sugar to combine
Let set about 10 minutes until foamy
Whisk in 1 cup of the flour followed by the oil and salt
Switch to a spoon and gradually add more flour until dough forms
Knead on floured surface until dough is smooth and not sticky (2-3 minutes)
Place dough in oiled bowl and let rise 30-45 minutes until doubled in size
Press out onto pizza pan covered in Crisco
Combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, minced garlic, Parmesan, oregano, salt, onion powder, and olive oil to make sauce
Top dough with sauce and toppings
Bake in a pizza oven or in a regular oven at 450°F on a low rack until crispy
