Make your base by combining the ingredients together in a bowl and setting aside in the fridge for 30 minutes while you prep the topping.
To make the topping first place the raspberries in a pan with a splash of water and simmer for 5 minutes until the raspberries break down and are jam like in consistency.
Next combine the yoghurt, cream cheese & honey to make the topping. Add it to the base & dollop on the raspberries before swirling through. Keep in the fridge overnight or for at least an hour before enjoying
