In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Add the yogurt and water to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. You may need to adjust the water slightly depending on the consistency. The dough should be soft but not too sticky.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 3-4 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball or shape it into a round or oval loaf, depending on your preference.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, place the shaped dough in the pan. Cover the pan with a lid or large plate and cook for about 5 minutes. Flip the dough over after 5 minutes and cook the other side for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Once the bread is cooked, remove from the pan and allow it to cool slightly. Slice and serve with your favorite toppings or enjoy it as is!
