Beat the butter, sugar and honey until whitened and fluffy
Add the egg and beat until completely combined
Add the dry ingredients just until combined, you can do this step by hand to avoid over mixing
Make balls of 50 g each
Place 5 balls per tray
Bake at 180°C for a maximum of 14 minutes
Reshape them with a ring right after baking
Sprinkle with salt
