Meatyballs
  1. Mill walnuts with rolled oats, set aside.

  2. Combine all ingredients except walnuts, oats and bread crumbs in thermomix, blitz on 5-6 for 10-15 secs.

  3. Add walnuts, oats and bread crumbs and mix on reverse.

  4. Cover in a bowl and rest in fridge for a few hours if possible.

  5. Roll into small balls.

  6. Add decent layer of oil to pan, brown on all sides, put lid on and let it cook through a bit. Don’t cook in the oven after.
