Boursin Sausage Gnocchi
  1. Brown sausage. Remove sausage.

  2. Cut tomatoes in half. Add to hot pan, sprinkle with salt. Deglaze pan with wine. Saute until tomatoes are soft.

  3. Boil water for gnocchi

  4. Add cheese to tomatoes, stir in until melted. May need to add more wine to thin out. Once an even texture add sausage back in.

  5. Boil gnocchi. When gnocchi are done add to tomato pan. Stir all together.
