Tomato Salad Recipe
  1. Combine tomatoes, vinegar and dried oregano in a medium bowl. Season, then roughly squash tomatoes with the back of a spoon. Set aside for at least 30 minutes.

  2. To serve, spoon stracciatella onto a serving plate with a lip. Top with tomatoes. Season, drizzle over oil and sprinkle with oregano leaves. Serve with crunchy bread.
