Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together: ¼ cup Dijon mustard, ¼ cup honey, 1 tbsp whole grain mustard (optional), garlic, salt & pepper.
Place chicken in a baking dish. Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken, turning to coat evenly.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes (or until the internal temp reaches 165°F). Optional: Broil for the last 2–3 minutes for a golden top.
Let rest 5 minutes, then spoon sauce from the pan over the top. Garnish if desired.
